ZEALOT is an international creative agency with offices in London, NY and LA, specialising in the film and television industry (trailers, TV spots, social/digital, promos and print).

We are looking for an experienced Print Producer to join our growing and vibrant team. 

The Print Producer is responsible for the day-to-day management of all print department projects, ensuring they're on brief, on schedule, and on budget.

The ideal candidate will be able to confidently handle diverse project types (key art, OOH campaigns, title treatments, social assets and any static output for either print or digital) from conception to final delivery for world-class content and clients.

Reporting to our Director of Production and Head of Graphic Production, you'll collaborate closely with senior creative leads, advising on projects with strong creative instincts and ensuring clients receive exceptional service.
 

Responsibilities: 

  • Collaborate with and support senior leads to ensure projects run smoothly and maintain high-quality work.
  • Develop, grow and maintain strong client relationships. Proactively seeking new projects and constantly looking to improve the client experience.
  • Oversee projects from brief to final delivery, liaising with clients at every stage.
  • Create briefings and source all the materials and resources needed for project kick-off.
  • Ensure a balanced workload for the print team, fostering creativity and high morale.
  • Provide growth opportunities for junior team members, empowering them to create great work.
  • Confidently defend and advocate for the team's creative vision.
  • Coordinate internal resources, working with the Director of Operations to ensure projects remain on schedule.
  • Create and manage budgets, meet profit targets, and maintain timely billing. Handle external facilities booking, purchase orders, and invoicing.
  • Safely manage secure client content, documenting and archiving projects upon completion.
  • Organise internal reviews for all design rounds, collaborating with Creative Directors to ensure projects/assets are on brief and completed to a high standard. 
  • Keep assets and projects highly organised and streamlined in line with the team’s and company’s established processes and standards.
  • Be ultimately responsible for all client deliveries, making sure the print team is delivering projects to the right specifications.

 
The ideal candidate will: 

  • Have a great interest, curiosity and understanding of design, especially key art.
  • Be passionate about the Film and TV industry.
  • Possess excellent organisational skills, with the ability to multitask across a variety of complex assets, projects and campaigns. 
  • Be collaborative and always one step ahead with every project.
  • Demonstrate strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills - able to manage the print team as well as freelancers.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, with the ability to problem-solve quickly.
  • Have a strong understanding of the tools and design process across all stages of production.
  • Be focused, proactive and self-motivated.
  • Be capable of understanding strategy and creatively interpreting client briefs, to develop world-class creative solutions.

Salary £30,000 to £50,000
(To be discussed depending on experience).

Typical working hours are Monday - Friday 9:30am till 6:30pm, and for the occasional late working there is a fair lieu day policy in place. 

Please note, this role requires a minimum of 3 days a week onsite, so candidates must be able to commute and be legally able to work in the UK.
