Job Description: 
The A/V Associate Producer’s main function is to support the Creative Directors and Producers with the smooth running of their projects. You will have full knowledge of the projects to ensure they can progress without delay.

As you develop, Associate Producers will be assigned their own projects to Produce and be responsible for.

Responsibilities:
  • Monitor all email and Slack communications to stay fully informed on assigned projects, ensuring readiness to respond promptly to client or editor inquiries with accurate, detailed information.
  • Manage resources effectively by clearly communicating project requirements and deadlines to editors and designers, ensuring everyone understands their tasks and timelines while maintaining team harmony through positive collaboration
  • Relay information immediately to all internal stakeholders (editorial, graphics, finishing) to minimize crossed wires and downtime, demonstrating excellent written and verbal communication that leaves no ambiguity about deliverables or timing
  • Contribute creative ideas to pitches and jobs through collaborative brainstorming sessions, showing generosity and open collaboration with editors, graphic designers, music supervisors, and Creative Directors
  • Create and maintain accurate project management tools (Google Sheets, Trello) with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring all information is correct and accessible to stakeholders, while demonstrating commitment to sharing resources with fellow producers
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in an associate producer or coordinator position in a post-production environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with an attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, problem solve on the fly and prioritize workload to meet deadlines while remaining calm and professional under pressure.
  • Must have the ability to work independently and with team members.
Additional Information:
  • Reports to: Creative Directors & Producers
  • Regular business hours are Mon-Fri 10am to 7pm. However, your shift will be Mon-Fri 10am to 8pm. (8 regular hrs plus 1 OT hr daily).
  • Non-Exempt (Hourly, Paid overtime)  Pay Range is $30.64 p/hr to $36.43 p/hr. (Annualized $75k-$90k) . The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. Actual offers may vary based on work experience.
  • Regular overtime as our business is driven by our clients' needs.
  • This is not a remote / work from home position - You must be able to make a daily commute 3 x per week to the office to be considered for this job.
