Hourly rate: $28-$30 per hour
Work hours: 10am - 7pm; Hybrid (3 in office; 2 WFH)

Job Description:
We’re looking for a full-time TV/Streaming Coordinator to join our team. You will be a part of a team that oversees Television and Streaming campaigns for entertainment clients.
As an integral member of the TV/Streaming team, you will work in collaboration with and support the Producers and SVP with AV creative executions that span across a variety of clients that include FX, HBO, Netflix, Apple TV, AMC, FOX, and many more.
Responsibilities & Duties
Work closely with Producers and Associate Producers across multiple projects, effectively communicating with production, graphics, finishing and creative teams.
- Support on production and workflow requests for active projects
- Organize and manage assets and watch and transcribe materials as needed (scripts, screeners, etc.)
- Research materials and actively participate in project kickoff meetings and brainstorm sessions with the Streaming Team
Successful Candidate will have:
- Strong interest in Television media and entertainment
- Excellent multi-tasking and communication skills and attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and projects simultaneously
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and sense of urgency
- Collaborative team player with great communication skills and ability to stay focused under pressure
- Knowledgeable about workflow applications (Slack, Trello, AirTable, Frame, etc.)
Additional Information:
- This is an entry-level position that does not require previous experience in the role.
- This position reports to the SVP TV and Streaming, and is based out of the Los Angeles office.
- You must be able to make a daily commute 3 x per week to the office.
- Regular business hours are Mon-Fri 10am to 7pm.
- The position is non-exempt (hourly) and pay range is $28-$30 per hour. This is subject to change and may be modified in the future. Actual offers may vary based on work experience.
